In 1983, Ugo &
Valeria Campello along with partner Sergio Oxman launched Cosabella,
meaning "Beautiful thing". Cosabella's collections enhanced the beauty of women
by using innovative fabrics and avantguard prints.
The company's motto" Freedom
of Color" derives from one of the collections named the Soire. The
Soire offers over 31 colors and over 5 lingerie body styles and it is considered a
"must have" from women around the world.
Today Cosabella continues to
specialize in lingerie/day & outerwear and bodysuits. The collection
has been extended to include tops, vests, skirts, pants and scarves. The collection is
designed in Miami, Florida and manufactured in Italy.
Cosabella won the prestigious 2000
D.I.V.A award for designer of the year for intimate apparel.
Over 30,000 specialty and department stores nationwide voted to nominate COSABELLA the
intimate apparel brand to most positively impact their business. Since 1998, when
COSABELLA was first honored with a D.I.V.A. nomination, the company has undergone a global
